What Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and deliver the work.

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email address, and project description when you reach out through the Front Desk page.
  • Newsletter sign-ups — your email address only.
  • Project files — any files, logos, photos, or briefs you share with us during a project.
  • Basic analytics — non-personal visitor data (page views, referral sources) to understand how the site is used. No personal identifiers are stored.

We do not run tracking pixels, sell data, or use third-party advertising networks on this website.

1.3

How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your project inquiry.
  • To deliver, invoice, and follow up on your project.
  • To send occasional studio updates if you have subscribed to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To improve how this website works, based on anonymised usage data.

We will never share, sell, or trade your personal information with third parties, except as required by Jamaican law or court order.

1.4

How We Store Your Information

Submissions made through the Front Desk contact form are processed via Formspree and delivered to a private email inbox. Newsletter sign-ups are processed via Formspree and stored in the Formspree dashboard, accessible only to the Studio. Project files shared by clients are stored in private cloud storage accessible only to the Studio for the duration of the project.

We retain your contact data for up to 2 years after the last project or communication unless you request earlier deletion.

1.5

  • Request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw consent for newsletter communications at any time.

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026  ·  GregLondon Studio

2.1

Acceptance of Terms

By engaging GregLondon Studio — whether through the Front Desk contact form, email, WhatsApp, or verbal agreement — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. No separate signature is required for these general terms to apply.

2.2

Services

GregLondon Studio provides creative design, video production, and web development services. Specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed per project via invoice. Only items listed on an invoice are included in the agreed scope of work.

New requests, revisions beyond the agreed scope, or concept changes are treated as additional work and will be invoiced separately.

2.3

Payment

  • Small projects — full payment required before work begins.
  • Large projects — a deposit is required before work begins; balance due on delivery.
  • Corporate clients — billing according to agreed cycle, as confirmed in writing.

Invoices are payable by the due date shown on each invoice. Separate invoices are independent of one another and must each be paid regardless of other ongoing work or discussions.

Accepted payment methods: Scotia Bank, NCB, Remitly, Western Union, MoneyGram. Other methods may be arranged in writing.

2.4

Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of minor revisions as agreed at the start. Major design changes, concept changes, or new directions after client approval constitute additional work and will be invoiced accordingly. Verbal revision requests may require written confirmation before work proceeds.

2.5

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All creative work produced by GregLondon Studio remains the intellectual property of GregLondon Studio until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership and usage rights transfer to the client for the agreed purpose.

GregLondon Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before the project begins.

2.6

Delivery of Files

Preview files may be shared during production for approval purposes. Final production files and editable source files are released only after full payment has cleared. Work paused due to non-payment may affect agreed delivery timelines — the Studio will communicate this as it arises.

2.7

Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for reviewing all files and proofs provided. Client approval — whether by email, WhatsApp, or written sign-off — confirms acceptance of layout, content, colours, spelling, and structure. Changes requested after approval may incur additional fees.

The Studio is not responsible for errors that were present in approved files.

2.8

Project Delays

If a client fails to respond or provide feedback for more than 14 consecutive days without prior notice, the Studio reserves the right to close the project and invoice for all work completed to that point. Restarting a closed project may require a new deposit.

2.9

Cancellation

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable in full. If the client cancels after delivery of final files, the full invoice amount remains due.

2.10

Professional Conduct

All project communication must remain respectful and focused on project completion. GregLondon Studio reserves the right to pause or terminate work if communication becomes unproductive, hostile, or inconsistent with a professional working relationship. In such cases:

  • All work completed to that point remains billable.
  • Outstanding balances become immediately due.
  • Usage rights remain with the Studio until full payment is received.
2.11

Limitation of Liability

GregLondon Studio is a design and creative studio, not a legal or financial advisor. The Studio is not liable for business outcomes resulting from creative work delivered. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

2.12

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

3.1

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work correctly, to remember your preferences, and to give site owners basic information about how their site is used.

3.2

What Cookies This Site Uses

grgldn.studio is a portfolio and contact website. We keep it simple:

  • Essential cookies — required for the site to function. These include session state and page transition data used by the Swup page-transition library. Without these, the site navigation does not work correctly.
  • Preference cookies — used to remember if you have dismissed any site notices, so we do not show them to you again on the same visit.
  • Analytics (anonymised) — if site analytics are active, they collect non-personal data (pages visited, time on site, browser type). No names, emails, or identifiers are stored. You cannot be identified from this data.

We do not use advertising cookies, social tracking pixels, or retargeting cookies of any kind on this website.

3.3

Third-Party Cookies

This site links to third-party platforms including Instagram, Behance, and WhatsApp. If you follow those links, those platforms may set their own cookies on your device. GregLondon Studio has no control over and no access to those cookies. Please refer to each platform's own cookie and privacy policies for details.

Formspree is used to process form submissions. It may set a session cookie for security purposes (CSRF protection). No personal tracking is involved.

3.4

Managing Cookies

You can control or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View what cookies are stored and delete them individually.
  • Block third-party cookies.
  • Block all cookies (note: this may break certain site features).
  • Delete all cookies when you close the browser.

For guidance on managing cookies in your specific browser, visit allaboutcookies.org.

Disabling essential cookies will affect site navigation and page transitions. If you experience issues, try clearing cookies and reloading.

3.5

Your Consent

By continuing to use grgldn.studio, you consent to the use of essential cookies as described above. Non-essential cookies (analytics) may be presented via a cookie notice on your first visit. You are free to decline non-essential cookies without affecting your ability to use the site.

Client Contracts

Last updated: July 2026  ·  Version 1.1

Service Agreement

How We Agree to Work Together

Every project at GregLondon Studio is governed by a Service Agreement. The agreement is attached to your invoice and covers the scope, payment, revisions, and delivery terms for your specific project. It does not require a separate signature to be binding — approval of the invoice, written or verbal confirmation, or commencement of work all constitute acceptance.

The terms below are the standing contract terms that apply to all Studio projects. They are the same terms attached to your invoice, presented here for reference.

Scope of Work

Only What's on the Invoice

Work will be completed according to the items listed on your invoice. New requests, redesigns, or concept changes beyond what was agreed are additional work and will be invoiced separately. The invoice is the source of truth for what was agreed.

Payment Terms

When Payment Is Due

  • Small projects — full payment before work begins.
  • Large projects — deposit required before work begins; balance due on delivery.
  • Corporate clients — payment according to agreed billing cycle.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Work completed prior to cancellation remains billable. Separate invoices remain payable regardless of other ongoing projects or discussions.

Files & Delivery

When You Receive Your Files

Preview files may be shared during production. Final production files and editable source files are released after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work paused due to non-payment may affect agreed delivery timelines.

Ownership

Who Owns the Work

Design ownership transfers to the client after full payment. Until payment is received in full, GregLondon Studio retains all rights to the work. GregLondon Studio reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials unless confidentiality is requested in writing.

Revisions & Feedback

Approval Is Final

Projects include reasonable minor revisions. Major design changes or new concepts after client approval will be billed separately. Client approval — by email, WhatsApp, or written confirmation — confirms acceptance of all content, layout, and design. Changes after approval may incur additional fees. Verbal requests may require written confirmation before work proceeds.

Project Conduct

Working Together Professionally

All project communication must remain respectful and focused on project completion. GregLondon Studio reserves the right to pause or terminate work if communication becomes hostile or unproductive. Delays in feedback exceeding 14 days may result in project closure and invoicing for completed work.

If a project is paused or terminated:

  • All work completed remains billable.
  • Outstanding balances become immediately due.
  • Usage rights remain with GregLondon Studio until payment is received in full.
  • GregLondon Studio may withdraw permission to use unpaid work.

Colour & Production

What We're Responsible For

Due to differences in screen displays and printing processes, slight colour variations may occur. GregLondon Studio is responsible for design only unless printing or installation services are separately contracted. GregLondon Studio is not responsible for device display differences or printer output variations.
